Brake pad off-wear solution

1, brake pad material is different.
The solution:
When replacing brake pads, try to choose the original parts or choose the parts with the same material and performance.
It is recommended to replace the brake pads on both sides at the same time, do not only change one side, of course, if the thickness difference between the two sides is less than 3mm, you can only replace one side.
2, vehicles often run curves.
The solution:
Vehicles that often take curves need to improve the frequency of maintenance, if the thickness of the brake pads on both sides is obvious, the brake pads need to be replaced in time.
In the long run, if the budget is sufficient, it is recommended that the owner install an auxiliary brake system to reduce the wear rate of the brake pads and extend their service life.
3, unilateral brake pad deformation.
Solution: Replace the deformed brake pads.
4, brake pump return inconsistent.
The solution:
The cause of the sub-pump return problem is generally divided into two kinds: guide pin lag, piston lag, replacement of brake pads only need to lubricate it can be solved, it is recommended to clean up the original grease and dirt, and then re-apply grease.
When the piston is stuck, you can use the tool to push the piston to the very inside, and then gently press the brake to push it out, and cycle three or five times, so that the grease can lubricate the pump channel, and the pump has returned to normal when it is not stuck. If it still does not feel smooth after operation, it is necessary to replace the pump.
5, the braking time of both sides of the brake is inconsistent.
The solution:
Check the brake line for air leakage immediately.
Re-adjust the brake clearance on both sides.
6, the telescopic rod water or lack of lubrication.
The solution:
Overhaul the telescopic rod, drain water, add lubricating oil.
7. The brake tubing on both sides is inconsistent.
The solution:
Replace the brake tubing of the same length and width.
8, suspension problems caused brake pad partial wear.
Solution: Repair or replace the suspension.
