Common problems with brake systems

• The brake system is exposed to the outside for a long time, which will inevitably produce dirt and rust;

• Under high speed and high temperature working conditions, the system components are easy to sintering and corrosion;

• Long-term use will cause problems such as poor system heat dissipation, abnormal brake sound, stuck, and difficult tire removal.

Brake maintenance is necessary

• Brake fluid is extremely absorbent. When the new car runs for a year, the brake oil will inhale about 2% of the water, and the water content can reach 3% after 18 months, which is enough to reduce the boiling point of the brake by 25%, and the lower the boiling point of the brake oil, the more likely it is to produce bubbles, forming an air resistance, resulting in brake failure or even failure.

• According to the statistics of the traffic control department, 80% of brake failures in accidents are caused by excessive brake oil and water content and failure to regularly maintain the brake system.

• At the same time, the brake system is greatly affected by the working environment, once it goes wrong, the car is like a wild horse. It is particularly important to clean the adhesion and sludge on the surface of the brake system, strengthen the lubrication of the pump and the guide pin, and eliminate the abnormal brake noise to ensure the safety of driving.
